Karla serves as the Licensee, Administrator, and Founder/CEO, providing overall leadership, compliance oversight, and vision for the organization. She is responsible for ensuring operations meet licensing requirements, maintaining quality standards, and guiding the organization’s growth with a focus on compassionate, person-centered care and community impact.
Mike Girard
Facilities Manager
Meet Mike, our Facilities Manager who oversees the safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of our homes and workspaces. He ensures facilities are well-maintained, compliant, and comfortable, allowing staff to focus on providing quality support in a safe and welcoming environment.
Rocky Rebara
DSP Manager
As our DSP Manager, Rocky oversees daily operations and supports our staff to ensure services are delivered safely, consistently, and in alignment with person-centered care standards. He provides leadership, guidance, and coordination to maintain quality support for the individuals we serve.
